Meeting with Mrs. Jyotsna D. Mehta, our Corporator.

Meeting with our Corporator.

Members of N.S.R.C.F. had a Two hour long meeting with our M.C.G.M. Corporator Jyotsna Mehta .

Issues such as Farmers Market, the future of P.D.P. , Equal Streets and beautification of Nepean Sea road were discussed during the meeting. Mrs Mehta also arranged for various Assistant Engineers of the Ward office to be present during the meeting so issues could be discussed with their direct input. Mrs Mehta heard NSRCF on the issue of the illegally parked trucks at Nepean Sea Road & offered her assistance in getting the entire Road designated as ‘No Parking for Heavy Vehicles’.

Mrs Jyotsna Mehta has as always, assured us of her proactive support in all civic issues for the betterment of Nepean Sea Road.

Meeting with the Joint Commissioner (Traffic), Mr. Milind Bharambe I.P.S.

The Governing council members of NSRCF – Nepean Sea Road Citizens Forum met the Jt. Commissioner of Police Mr. Milind Bharambe (IPS) to discuss traffic at the junction of Stephens Church (Mukesh Chowk).

His department has granted an N.O.C. to begin realignment of the center median at Mukesh Chowk, as requested by NSRCF

Mr Bharambe has assured the citizens of Nepean Sea Road the complete cooperation of his department in solving traffic issue on our road.

Traffic at Nepean Sea Road – Meeting with Mr. Devidas Kshirsagar (I.A.S.), Asst. Commissioner, M.C.G.M.

NSRCF – Nepean Sea Road Citizens Forum met with Mr. D. Kshirsagar, Asst. Municipal Commissioner at the D-Ward office to put forth various proposals to reduce Traffic at Nepean Sea Road.

The Asst. Commissioner has kindly agreed in principle to implement the suggestions and carry out the road works before the onset of monsoon. NSRCF has promised its full support and assistance to the MCGM in this endeavor.
